Prostatitis "Stubborn one"

Hi
To make a quite long story short. I have suffered from prostatitis for several years. In the beginning I had it quite bad, I mean it was consistent. I was put on all abx out ther, cipro, levaquin, doxycycline, tetracyklin , you name it.
No drug really helped me, my general health just got worse and my stomach pretty much collapsed.

I should also mention that I did not really have any pain from it, just frequency and general discomfort.

What finally made a difference was when I had a combination of Flagyl+Clindamycin after three weeks the discomfort subsided and I was a lot better.
However that was 3 years ago and I have had bouts once or twice a year with where cleared out with flagyl only.

Now I got a bout 5 weeks ago and the Flagyl did not help as it used to do.

I am really depressed about this and wonder if there are any guys out there who has any advice. Can infection clear up by itself without antibiotics? Any experience?
I really hate it cause it damage my body , stomach and general well being.

What can I do if Flagyl wont help me. Am I out of options.

I have been to the doctor and they cant find any bacteria.

Advice needed.
