Clinical Workshop of Prostatitis Treatment

Adjustment of Volume Composition

The composition of the medicine used for the early stage, middle and final stage of treatment is not always the same. It all depends on the response and clinical observation of patients.

During initial stage of treatment, unblocking is the priority and killing microorganisms is also important but is put in second place.

In the middle stage, if unblocking is almost done, the killing of microorganisms now become the top priority, unblocking continues but is put to second place.

In the final stage, unblocking and kill microorganisms are important, but the delicate prostate glands are not soaked in almost a month, restoration and rehabilitation of the prostate is needed. Certain herbal TCM is added to make the prostate restored to its normal function.

The composition of the medicine used for prostatitis patients with blockage and without blockage is not always the same. The medicine must emphasize the unblocking or emphasize anti-infection.

With ultra sound scan done, the doctor could tell if a prostatitis patient have blockage from the size, texture and symptoms diagnosis. If the prostate and seminal vesicles swells dramatically, or deformed, the texture of prostate and seminal vesicles are hard or non-elastic, or various symptoms from the perineal area, it indicates blockage.

For blockage cases, the medicine contains more unblocking herbal medicine to try to unblock as early as possible. For no blockage cases, the focus would be on anti-inflammatory, more antibiotics would be added.

The composition of the medicine used for patients is not always the same. It all depends on the kind of microorganisms present in prostatitis patients.

There are a wide span of microorganisms causing prostatitis, bacteria, yeast, virus, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma, etc. It is very difficult to find out the causative microorganisms. These microorganisms react differently to certain antibiotics, so it is very important to identify the type of pathogens.

Mycoplasma/Ureaplsma is the toughest, most stealthy and most stubborn pathogen to treat. That requires a lot of efforts to eradicate them. Close monitoring is needed for this type of infection. Most difficult cases fall into this category.

It is relatively easier to treat bacteria and Chlamydia infection because these pathogens reacts well to our medicine and have little resistance to our treatment.

Yeast infection are likely to occur with other infections, it is rare that they are the only pathogens causing prostatitis. We have no difficulty in treating this kind of yeast treatment.
