seminal vesicles infection usually is accompanied with prostatitis and could occur alone. CT, MRI Ultrasound are the tools for diagnosis.
Basically all prostatitis patients receive the injections on the seminal vesicles regardless of the symptoms reported because of the close proximity of seminal vesicles and the prostate.
If there are obvious swelling of the seminal vesicles, injections on this area increases until the unblocking starts and swelling disappear.
There is blockage in the seminal vesicles, just like the prostate glands. When prostate blockage is present, usually the seminal vesicles are also blocked.
Fortunately, the structure of seminal vesicles allow medicine to work freely and pose little difficulties in eradication bacteria and blockage.
The size of seminal vesicles is three to six cm length and 15 mm in thickness and are closely adjacent to the prostate.
